The mission of The SHINE Project is to:

  • Serve the community

  • Honor differences

  • Include everyone

  • Nurture talent, and

  • Empower individuals through an inclusive musical theatre experience.

In this music therapy-informed project, neurodivergent individuals work alongside their typically developing peers and have equal roles in all aspects of the project. The SHINE Project creates an environment that values unique differences and normalizes collaborative inclusive environments.
