We understand that some individuals are too young or have a medical/behavioral reason for not being able to wear a mask. In this instance, we will not require it of the client; however, we do ask parents/caregivers/guardians to wear a mask. Thank you!
Please show up at your scheduled time.
If you need to cancel, please contact your assigned clinician as soon as possible to reschedule your session.
Duration:
Walk-throughs are approximately 5-10 minutes
Trial sessions are approximately 30 minutes
Assessment sessions are approximately 45 minutes
Hospitality:
We do have a hospitality room for parents, caregivers, individuals, and others to sit.
We are currently doing our best to limit the capacity at our wellness center to ensure those waiting during services can maintain appropriate social distancing.
Please still wear a mask in the hospitality room, thank you!
Restrooms:
The public restroom is located outside of our suite in the hallway. We have signs on the walls to identify its location.
Hand Washing and Sanitizing:
We do have hand sanitizer available in our wellness center, as well as, hand wipes for those with sensitive skin.
We ask all clients (if possible) to wash their hands prior to services.
Confidentiality and Respect:
Due to the confidentiality of our clients and to maintain a healthy therapeutic relationship, we do not encourage parents/caregiver/partner/spouse and clinicians to speak about a client in their presence. If you’d like to speak with the clinician, please schedule a phone or in-person consultation with them. You are also welcome to email them. Thank you for respecting the therapeutic relationship built within sessions and the privacy of the individuals we serve.
